What is the cost of the Wizart Visualizer?

We are a B2B SaaS company. The cost is comprised of a one-time set-up fee and a recurring monthly/annual license fee.

Our pricing is dynamic and depends on several factors: expected online traffic, industry sector, the need for set up and integration etc. To give you an estimate, we need to know a bit more about your needs and requirements. How long does it take to get the Visualizer and integrate it on my website? Are there any special technical requirements for integration?

Wizart works with every CMS out there and can be seamlessly integrated into any website, without having to re-engineer your client’s entire customer journey.

It normally takes 2 to 4 weeks for our clients from sign-up to launch, most of which is populating your account with finishing materials you require. The actual website integration can be done in a matter of hours by a skilled web developer or a couple of days by a person with no technical background. We provide our clients with in-depth documentation and manuals that are written in plain and accessible language to make the whole process easy and straightforward.

When our clients require a complex web integration and there’s no skilled developer at hand, we are always happy to help by lending our own team at a fixed cost.

Can I buy products separately or do I have to buy the whole product range (iOS, Web, Android)?

All three products are priced separately and we normally encourage our clients to start with Wizart Web and then expand into Wizart iOS and Android if needed. Please note that we only sell Wizart iOS and Android without Wizart Web in very limited circumstances.

Can I upload my own patterns? What if I don’t have all the images?

Upon sign-up, we will create an account in Wizart Product Information Management (PIM) system. You will have full control over your account, including uploading, managing and removing your data. At the same time, you can request access to catalogues from the manufacturers and suppliers who have already signed up with us to be added into your account without having to upload them manually.

You can upload and have any number of SKUs in your PIM account. We do not charge you for the number of SKUs you upload or have in your PIM account. If you face any difficulties with the data import, our support team is always happy to assist.

What materials do you work with?

We support a full range of finishing materials, including but not limited to wallpapers, paints, tilings, all types of floorings, carpets and more! If you are not sure whether we support your type of finishing material please inquire via our contact form.

Is it possible to customize my Visualizer with my logo and colors?

You can customize several UI (user interface) elements of your Wizart Visualizer by replacing our default Wizart logo with yours, styling the Visualizer up in your corporate colors and adding information about your company, branches, contact details etc to the app’s menu. This is a part of the set-up fee and we do not charge you extra for this. We can also provide you with a full white-label solution (no mention of Wizart, no watermarks, etc); please contact our sales department directly (sales@wizart.tech) to learn more.

What languages do you support?

We support more than 15 languages, including English, French, Spanish, Arabic, Russian, Portuguese, German and Turkish to name a few. We add new languages upon request within 2-4 weeks at no cost to our clients.

A feature I want is missing from Wizart. Is it possible to add it?

We are continuously working on improving user experience with Wizart and update the app with new features and better performance every two weeks. If you have a feature in mind that will improve people’s experience with Wizart, we will take it into consideration and include it into our development cycle.
